Endorsements

I have personally known Scott Wallace for over 25 years. I have recognized him as a man of character and honor, led by a strong conviction to do what is right. I believe that he would be a great congressman and representative of the 2nd Congressional District in Arkansas. Whether it is serving on state or charitable boards or as a volunteer reserve deputy sheriff, he is a man who has consistently gone above the call of citizen businessman to stay involved at the pulse of this state. I am happy to be a supporter and endorse Scott as he steps into the race for United States Congress.

Scott and I served on the Arkansas Tobacco Control Board (ATCB) for several years. The ATCB was relatively new and required us to write the rules and regulations pertaining to Arkansas tobacco laws. It was a great experience studying the laws and creating the rules and regulations. We also approached the Arkansas Legislature and initiated legislation passed relative to the ATCB and tobacco enforcement. Serving on the ATCB, an enforcement board, with Scott gave me many opportunities to observe his study, interpretation, and fair enforcement of the law.

He was a pleasure to serve with as he displayed a true caring attitude in all aspects of his involvement with people. Scott truly finds enjoyment in helping people and serving the public. Since Scott becomes a friend with everyone he meets, he has many friends, and I am proud to count myself as one of them.

Scott will serve the citizens of Arkansas as 2nd District Congressman naturally. It’s his nature to give everything his best, and that is what I would expect from Scott Wallace serving as the United States Congressman from the 2nd Congressional District of Arkansas.

Sincerely,

Ken Milburn
Past Chairman, Arkansas Tobacco Control Board

To the Wonderful People of the 2nd Congressional District, I am writing to personally offer my wholehearted support for Scott Wallace, a candidate for the Republican ticket for the 2nd Congressional District in Arkansas.

I have known Scott for three years, first as a business man in our community, a donor to a non-profit that reaches out to the lost, least and last of Central Arkansas and now as a leader on the Board of Directrs for the Union Rescue Mission.

As a man, Scott holds strong family values and a world view that mirrors that of most of the constituents in our district. As a Congressman, he will represent the people of the district honorably and ensure that our voice is heard in Washington.  Scott has the common-sense approach and drive needed to make a difference in the future of our region. I cannot stress enough my confidence in Scott.

Sincerely,

Dr. William D. Tollett, CEP
Executive Director

I have known Scott Wallace for over 25 years and he has passed the test of leadership as a great man of God, a dedicated family man and a leader in his community.  He has been uniquely prepared for such a time as this because of his unwavering and uncompromising convictions to the values that we all hold dear.  This country needs his leadership and integrity.

At the time when leadership is busy drinking the Kool-Aid from the top shelf of the refridgerator, Scott has chosen to do what every public servant is supposed to do...serve the people with their best interest in mind rather than serving the system.  For the last several years I have watched Scott's desire to serve the public grow from a seed to a strong tree with deep roots.

I have come to know Scott Wallace over the past few years and I can tell he is sincere and knowledgeable about the issues at hand. He is a man who earnestly desires to represent his state and fellow Arkansans well. He truly wants to protect the rights of our fellow Americans in the state of Arkansas. He is for less government and as a Congressman clearly desires to see justice and freedom remain so the principles that our founding fathers sought will be continually protected, and that his fellow citizens have a voice and feel assured they are represented honestly and truthfully.
